Hi!!!! I’m Rozalind <3

I am constantly inspired by the tenacity, strength and beauty of women and I have loved photographing women for as long as I can remember.

My passion for photography (like most photographers) came from my first point and shoot film camera (does that indicate my age or what?) where I was constantly documenting my friends, family and life.

Despite spending endless hours in the dark room at Emily Carr processing images from my creative outdoor nudie shoots, I never really believed that photography could be a career and not just a hobby. It seemed too good to be true that I could do something for a living that I truly loved.

Thankfully, I’ve been blessed with the most supportive humans in my life who urged me to follow my calling, and 15 years later I’m still excited and inspired to go to ‘work’!

I am living proof of the famous saying “If you do what you love you’ll never work a day in your life.”

some random facts about me

My favorite color is yellow, and I used to have a bright yellow celica (that I loved, and would probably still have if it wasn’t so impractical!)

I had a dream about my son’s full name a few years before we even had him

I love traveling and have traveled solo to 12 countries / next on my list is Turkey, Africa, Egypt or Spain (just a few right?)

I met my husband at a wedding when I was the photographer and he was a groomsmen!

I love all music (except maybe heavy metal) and am currently obsessed with Zach Bryan

I have the best group of friends that I have been besties with since we were 5 years old
I hate clothes shopping and love that the capsule closet is now a thing
