What do you get when you find two people who love skiing as much as they love one another? Lots of laughs, lots of snow and lots of colorful ski gear! Kris + Tyler absolutely love skiing together, and it was so cute hearing them talk about their different gear that they love, and all the different places in the world that they want to ski (Japan being the next on their list!) I loved that throughout the whole session, they had so much fun together! They tried to poke each other with their ski rods, they threw snow at one another, and they had no problem trekking through piles of snow up to our knees to get to a good spot! I know they will lead an exciting, adventure filled life together and I wish them both the very best!

Kelly and Colin are that adorable couple who have been dating since high school, and are still just as in love as they were 10 years ago! Colin purposed to Kelly on Christmas day two years ago- so they have had lots of time to plan their ideal wedding. I’m so excited to see the individual touches that Kelly has in store: she has expressed that she would love the tables to be adorned with peacock and ostrich feathers, and a bountiful amount of deep purple and turquoise for the colours. These two little boys completely stole my heart! Maybe it was their matching little outfits, their cute little smiles, or their wonderful little personalities! We spent the early afternoon downtown where we let the boys crawl around by all the cool graffiti walls. They were in to everything and it was so fun watching them be enthralled with the smallest things! I know how quickly kids get in to things, and how fast they move when they are on a roll, but I think because there was two of them that they seemed that much more ambitious! We set them in one spot and within an eighth of a second they’d be off in different directions finding new things to explore! I’ve always been fascinated with twins (and wished that I was one growing up) so seeing these identical little boys cruise around just made me want twins that much more! Too bad they don’t run in mine, or Kyle’s family! These two little guys were so well behaved which is totally representative of their laid back, awesome parents – they just let their kids be kids, and the day unfolded from there! Caitlin + Kelvin’s wedding day was as dreamy as a fairy tale. Every part of their day was absolutely magical and we were blessed with such a beautiful February day. The sun was shining and it was warm enough for the wedding party to be outside for photos! (I swear these two bring the sunlight with them – as we experienced the same kind of unusual warmth in Calgary for their engagement shoot as well – see those photos 
Kelly and Paul are such an incredibly sweet and amazing couple. When I first met them I knew right away that it was going to be so much fun being a part of their wedding because they are so awesome to be around! Although we had planned on having tons of snow everywhere for their engagement shoot, the weather didn’t really co-operate with us, but instead we got a gorgeous bluebird day that really made the views from the top of this mountain pretty spectacular! They brought along their adorable dog Sadie (and what a ridiculously well behaved dog she is – I’ve never had a dog pose so well!) and we just went exploring. These two are just so lovely together and they are probably two of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I love that you can tell how genuine and heart warming their love is just by looking at the photos of the two of them! There wasn’t a moment where they weren’t smiling from ear to ear at one another! I had so much fun trekking through the woods and the deep snow with you two, I can’t wait for your Tobaino Wedding!!! So much love to you both! xo
