When Leanne suggested that we take a little road trip to Wells Gray Park in Clearwater, I was so excited! I visited Helmcken falls once when I was younger, but I haven’t back in the area since and I completely forgot how amazing the area was. Thanks to amazing fellow photographer, Holly Louwerse Photography, we had the inside scoop of the best spots around Dawson Falls (and how to get right to the bottom of the Falls – which was incredible!) There’s something so awe inspiring about large bodies of water, and being at the bottom of the falls was a very cool experience. These two were amazing! We wandered around a bunch of spots, I may have made them bush whack their way to a few spots and we literally climbed down a hillside to get to one spot! Leanne is one of the sweetest people I know, and I’ve gotten to know her quite well since I photographed her brother’s wedding last year! Her and Drew are super adorable together and I feel so honored that I get to travel to Ucluelet next year to capture their gorgeous wedding in front of the ocean! So much love to you both! xo
