Where do I even begin with the absolutely wonderful, insanely talented, gorgeous human being? Arnica owns Sugar and Spice Beauty Bar and Sugar and Spice Medi Spa. If you’ve never had your lashes done by Arnica you are missing out! This woman did my lashes for my wedding and they were incredibly perfect, so luscious and thick, and so meticulously done!
So when Arnica came to me with an idea for a shoot to celebrate diversity, I knew I had to be a part of it. Her vision and mission statement for the shoot was this: Real Beauty for the people. Artistic expression of beauty in diversity uniting people within our community and our world. Love the skin you’re in, celebrate your uniqueness and come together as one.
She spent countless hours doing the most insane lashes on everyone who participated in the shoot and our main goal was to have fun, celebrate everyone’s individual beauty, and show that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, ethnicities and ages!
I was so honored to be a part of such an inspiring day, and these humans all rocked their lashes and their individual uniqueness. I am so proud to live in a community wherever people can come together and see the best in one another and treat each other with kindness and respect. Not everyone knew one another and you would never be able to tell from the shoot because we all just had so much fun getting to know one another. I love being a part of cool shoots like this, and I thank you Arnica for coming up with this amazing idea and for allowing me to have full creative control!
