When Malavika first wrote to me about her engagement party, I was instantly intrigued. I’ve always wanted to photograph an Indian Wedding, and although this was an Indian Engagement celebration, it was almost like a small wedding! They had so much delicious food, a beautiful cake, some dancing and lots of love! Malavika looked absolutely stunning in her sequined yellow dress and Gautham was a perfect match with his grey suit and handsome smile! When I first sat down with Malavika and her mom to chat about the engagement party, and to hear about all the details I fell in love with her and Gautham’s love story and knew I had to be a part of it all! Having been to India, I hold the country, their beliefs and the way they are as people very near and dear to my heart. I felt connected to Malavika immediately and was so excited to be a part of her and Gautham’s excitement surrounding their day! They are both such open minded and wonderful people, and you can tell how much they are loved by the people who surrounded them and celebrated with them. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many smiles and laughter as I did throughout their night! I wish them all the happiness in the world, and I know their wedding is going to be above and beyond incredible! So so so much love to you both!
