I love being a part of the Kamloops Bridal Fair – it’s a great way to get to meet a ton of new brides, bridesmaids, moms and friends and to connect with other local business in the Wedding industry!

This year I promoted my boudoir business to brides (I am also still a wedding photographer!) because I love getting the word out to people who are misinformed about boudoir! People think all sorts of things about “boudoir”: that it’s just sexy photos, or that it’s porn, or that it’s something you only do for your significant other – but the best thing about a boudoir session is that it is 100% for YOU!!!

Boudoir is one of the most empowering, life changing and all over incredible things you can do for yourself to celebrate being a woman! Sure, it’s a great gift for your significant other for your wedding day, or for their birthday or anniversary, but above all it’s a gift to YOU! Boudoir is an experience to step outside of your comfort zone and to really embrace the woman that you are right now at this time in your life. It’s a way to shed those crazy insecurities that you have about yourself and really embrace all the things that make you, you!

My only goal during your boudoir experience is to make you feel like the GODDESS that you are! To pamper you with professional hair and makeup while you drink champagne, to have a photoshoot that’s all about you, and to give you photos that will forever change the way you think about your body and yourself. It’s allowing yourself to say “I’m worthy” and to enjoy a day that’s all about you!
